A simple 6-hour New York driver improvement course modelled on the Point & Insurance Reduction Program (PIRP) format overseen by the New York State DMV. It covers New York traffic laws, points and course rules, plus core defensive driving: hazards, distraction, impairment, speed, sharing the road, weather and crashes. New York does not set a maximum PIRP price; Erudex charges $25, in line with the lowest online providers. Important: Erudex is preparing its application to the New York State DMV. Until Erudex appears on the state's approved provider list, this course is educational only and will not dismiss tickets, reduce points or satisfy court or DMV orders. Short lessons, a 12-question quiz per lesson at 80% and a final exam.
