These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Erudex website, courses, practice tests, laboratories, examinations and certificates. By creating an account, purchasing a course or using any part of the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the date shown at the foot of this page, and continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

You must provide accurate information when you register and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts are for one person only and may not be shared, resold or transferred. Institutional and company accounts may add learners up to the number of seats purchased.

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to hold an account.

Course materials — including video lessons, written notes, laboratories, exercises, quizzes and question banks — are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial study for as long as your access lasts. You may not copy, publish, redistribute, resell, record or use them to train machine-learning models.

We improve and update courses continuously. Lesson order, content and question banks may change. Where a course prepares you for a third-party examination, the syllabus follows the awarding body's published objectives, which that body may revise at any time.

Prices are shown on the course, practice-test and pricing pages and are charged in US dollars. Payments are processed by our payment provider; card statements show ERUDEX. Single courses are one-off payments. All-Access is billed for a minimum term shown at checkout. Institution and company seats are billed for a minimum term multiplied by the number of seats.

Courses, practice tests, All-Access plans and team licences are digital products, not physical goods. Before paying, you must expressly accept these terms and request immediate digital delivery once payment clears. Delivery occurs when the purchased access is unlocked for your account or organisation. At that point the initial digital-delivery obligation is fulfilled, the purchase is complete, and no discretionary change-of-mind refund is available, even if you have not started studying or using a practice test.

By requesting immediate supply, you expressly consent to performance beginning during any applicable cancellation period and acknowledge that you lose any withdrawal right to the extent permitted by applicable law once digital supply begins. This does not end our obligations to provide access for the promised duration or any legally required remedies. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights, including remedies for faulty, misdescribed or undelivered digital content, or any cancellation right that cannot lawfully be waived.

If payment is taken but access does not unlock, or content is defective or materially different from its description, contact courses@erudexonline.com with your order details. We will investigate and provide the correction, replacement, price reduction or refund required by applicable law. Cancelling any future renewal does not create a refund entitlement for access already supplied, except where required by law.

Erudex certificates are awarded when you complete a course and pass its final examination at the published pass mark. Certificates carry a verification number and can be checked on our verification page. They record achievement on an Erudex course.

An Erudex certificate is not a licence, a degree, or a credential issued by AWS, CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, Google, ANCC, or any other awarding body. Where a course prepares you for an external certification or licence, you must register and sit that examination with the awarding body directly, and meet its own eligibility rules. Clinical, practical and psychomotor skills required by healthcare credentials must be completed in person with an approved provider.

You agree to sit examinations and practice tests yourself, without assistance, and not to share, publish or sell examination questions. We may withhold or revoke a certificate, and close an account, where we find evidence of cheating, credential sharing or bulk extraction of question banks.

Job openings listed on the service are provided for information. Submitting an application does not create any employment relationship and does not mean you have been hired or shortlisted. Hiring managers review applications and contact candidates only where there is a match. We are not the employer for third-party openings and make no promise of an interview, an offer, or a response.

Where live one-to-one tuition is offered, it is priced separately, requested through the course page, and scheduled by agreement. A request is not a booking and nothing is charged until a schedule is confirmed. Sessions cancelled at short notice may not be rescheduled.

You may not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service, scrape content at scale, upload unlawful or malicious material, impersonate others, or use the service to harass anyone. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change or withdraw features. The service is provided without warranty that it will secure you a certification, a job, or any particular outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business, and disputes will be handled by the courts there.
