This course is designed for aspiring carpenters, vocational students, and entry-level construction workers seeking industry-recognized credentials and a professional career in the building trades. Students will master fundamental construction skills, earn NCCER Core and Carpentry Level 1 certifications, and acquire the technical knowledge necessary to pass contractor licensing exams and enter formal apprenticeships. Every lesson includes tutor notes, a practical lab, worked exercises and a 12-question quiz you must pass at 80%, followed by a pooled final exam and free and paid practice tests.
