CompTIA Network+ (N10-009)
Prepare for CompTIA Network+ N10-009 with practical, hands-on network administration.
A 12-module course that combines CompTIA Network+ (N10-009) exam preparation with practical network administration. It follows CompTIA's five published domains: Networking Concepts (23%), Network Implementation (20%), Network Operations (19%), Network Security (14%) and Network Troubleshooting (24%). Work through the OSI model, cabling and Wi-Fi, protocols and ports, IPv4/IPv6 subnetting, cloud and modern networks, switching, routing, services, monitoring, security and troubleshooting, then build and troubleshoot a two-site network in the capstone. Labs use Cisco Packet Tracer and Wireshark. The real exam has up to 90 multiple-choice and performance-based questions in 90 minutes. Your course score is an internal readiness measure; only CompTIA's exam awards Network+ certification. Every lesson has a hands-on lab, exercises and a quiz you must pass at 80%.
