Master container virtualization internals and production-grade Kubernetes orchestration from kernel primitives to scale.
This course covers containerization mechanics from Linux kernel namespaces and cgroups to declarative distributed systems orchestration with Kubernetes. Students analyze OCI specifications, storage drivers, and CNI network overlays before engineering resilient multi-node clusters with GitOps and autoscaling. The curriculum bridges systems theory with hands-on production operations suitable for enterprise DevOps roles.
Two complete tracks. Study either or both — each has its own exam and certificate.
Formal study of operating system virtualization, Open Container Initiative specifications, and the distributed consensus algorithms governing declarative orchestrators.
Mathematical and systems-level breakdown of operating system process virtualization, namespace boundaries, and image formats.
