Academic telecommunications engineering course: Applied Electricity with lessons, labs, quizzes and practice tests.
Independent university-level study of Applied Electricity (EE 151), part of the Erudex Telecommunications Engineering programme. Project: Design a low-voltage sensor supply and resistive interface; verify loading, power balance and transient predictions against measurements. This original curriculum is not an official KNUST syllabus, university credit or accreditation.
One complete track with its own final exam and certificate.
Suggested 120-minute final. Test foundational concepts through electrical quantities and resistive networks; analytical application through systematic circuit analysis and network equivalents; design/case reasoning through energy storage and first-order transients; and integrative judgment through sinusoidal steady state and electrical engineering practice. Use the course-type exam weighting in the program guidance.
Electrical quantities. Applied task: Check energy balance in a simple DC network.
