Academic telecommunications engineering course: Basic Electronics with lessons, labs, quizzes and practice tests.
Independent university-level study of Basic Electronics (EE 152), part of the Erudex Telecommunications Engineering programme. Project: Design a low-voltage sensor conditioning circuit using a rectifier or amplifier, simulate tolerances and verify its transfer characteristic. This original curriculum is not an official KNUST syllabus, university credit or accreditation.
One complete track with its own final exam and certificate.
Suggested 120-minute final. Test foundational concepts through electronic components and diodes and rectification; analytical application through bipolar transistors and field effect transistors; design/case reasoning through operational amplifiers and frequency response; and integrative judgment through electronic subsystems and electronic design verification. Use the course-type exam weighting in the program guidance.
Electronic components. Applied task: Compare measured and simulated component behavior.
