Academic telecommunications engineering course: Semiconductor Devices with lessons, labs, quizzes and practice tests.
Independent university-level study of Semiconductor Devices (EE 271), part of the Erudex Telecommunications Engineering programme. Project: Characterize a diode or transistor across operating conditions, extract model parameters and explain where idealized predictions fail. This original curriculum is not an official KNUST syllabus, university credit or accreditation.
One complete track with its own final exam and certificate.
Suggested 120-minute final. Test foundational concepts through semiconductor material physics and junction electrostatics; analytical application through diode transport and bipolar junction devices; design/case reasoning through mos electrostatics and field effect devices; and integrative judgment through optoelectronic devices and devices and technology. Use the course-type exam weighting in the program guidance.
