Academic telecommunications engineering course: Digital Systems with lessons, labs, quizzes and practice tests.
Independent university-level study of Digital Systems (EE 272), part of the Erudex Telecommunications Engineering programme. Project: Design and verify a synchronous serial-interface controller with a state diagram, timing constraints, HDL testbench and hardware or remote-lab evidence. This original curriculum is not an official KNUST syllabus, university credit or accreditation.
One complete track with its own final exam and certificate.
Suggested 120-minute final. Test foundational concepts through digital representation and combinational logic; analytical application through arithmetic circuits and sequential logic; design/case reasoning through finite state machines and hardware description languages; and integrative judgment through memory and interfaces and digital system integration. Use the course-type exam weighting in the program guidance.
Digital representation. Applied task: Encode and verify a small digital data format.
