Curriculum

One complete track with its own final exam and certificate.

Suggested 120-minute final. Test foundational concepts through thermodynamic foundations and energy and the first law; analytical application through processes and properties and second-law analysis; design/case reasoning through thermodynamic cycles and heat transfer; and integrative judgment through electronics cooling and energy infrastructure design. Use the course-type exam weighting in the program guidance.

Thermodynamic foundations. Applied task: Define and justify a thermal system boundary.
