Academic telecommunications engineering course: Network Planning with lessons, labs, quizzes and practice tests.
Independent university-level study of Network Planning (TE 484), part of the Erudex Telecommunications Engineering programme. Project: Defend a regional network plan integrating demand forecasts, topology, capacity, resilience, geospatial constraints, lifecycle costs and deployment acceptance tests. This original curriculum is not an official KNUST syllabus, university credit or accreditation.
One complete track with its own final exam and certificate.
Suggested 120-minute final. Test foundational concepts through network requirements and demand and topology and architecture; analytical application through traffic engineering and dimensioning and routing and optimization; design/case reasoning through reliability and resilience and geospatial and infrastructure planning; and integrative judgment through operations and deployment readiness and network planning studio. Use the course-type exam weighting in the program guidance.
Network requirements and demand. Applied task: Produce a requirements and demand baseline
